Picture Size and Quality

I have bought a tello on this month. But when I took pic using it the image size is 512*288. Is it the only size or is it my issue. I'm just checking bcz I dont have tello frd to compare this.

Hi, did you go in the tello preferences and check high picture quality ?

Sorry I didnt check. but some of youtubers showing their image size is more than this. What is your image size.
Also i cant set the image quality to high using app. I'm using Samsung S5.

Ohh seriously i cant set the image quality to high.when I did that i cant see the camera lively it's going black. Why is that. Any idea to fix this issue.

Sorry no idea as am new user. Go online to Ryze support as they have live chat and I have used them 2 times now....they always seem to be online.
