Poor wifi signal

Hi guys!

Just got my first Tello. Unfortunately it's used and apparently broken - wifi reception is about 2 metres. I've opened it up and aerial cables seem fine. Any ideas how I can locate the fault?

I'm considering performing the double extender mod but would still like to bring the Tello to normal first.

Actually I've installed the xiaomi mod and it works beautifully. No need for repairs. Case closed
