Scratch broken

I'm using scratch 2 and it cannot connect even tho the wifi is connected. (the light stays at red) anybody else expiring this? anybody got a solution? plz help!!!

Do you have the official Tello app running in the background? If so, this prevents Scratch from recognizing your drone.
