Tello pilot from Portugal - Lisbon

Hi!!!
I have a tello for year and so far so good but I have discovered this forum because I found a problem when trying to update my firmware.
And still got no solution.
I have 1.04.91.01 firmware version and I cannot updated to the lasted. Some times it tells me that I already have the latest other says it fails....
It's kind of frustrating...
Maybe you have a solution for that
