Tello Swarm with Python.

Hello,

I am new with Tello, and am setting to build swarm system with Tello Edu.
I am proficient with Python.

I see a lot of them libraries Tellopy, DJITellopy, etc., which would be the best choice for building a swarm with a few other functionalities like object detection and navigation with say, fiducial markers?


Could someone show me the proper direction ?

@Hacky I read about a video streaming incapability for Tello Edu s in AP mode. Has there been a satisfactory workaround for this ? Or a firmware update that solves the matter ?

Correct, no video stream, when in AP mode. So far I don't know about a workaround.
Usually, in swarms / formations for show effects, you do not need video. What is your use case?

My case is: navigation with fiducial markers. Obstacle avoidance, if not to a high degree. You have some suggestions ?

Can be done, but not easily with multiple drones. The only suggestion for a workaround would be to use multiple WiFi dongles on the computer each connecting to a different Tello.
