I am trying to update the firmware on my drone. The update loads to 30% and then just spins as if in progress for over an hour. I've tried twice. Any tips would be appreciated.

FYI - What ended up working was to do it from the iPhone. I have no idea why, but that is what worked in the end.

Rarely, if ever, am I concerned about firmware updates... nor overly anxious to do an update.
I also have a Phantom ( never updated the firmware since I bought it in 2017), and I read the Mavic forum daily. On these three forums over the last three years I have read so many horror stories of firmware updates gone wrong, and rendered a perfectly good drone into a brick.
The way I see it, if it's flying fine... why risk it?!!!
