Things inside Tello brushed motor

I'm repairing my drone because lately has overheat in right-back engine. Also, i would want to know the things inside coreless Tello motor. Here share you the photos:

Is it easy to replace a motor?

Those windings look terribly damaged. Replacing a motor is easy, just desolder the leads and solder them to the new motor.
