Upgraded to latest firmware and now drone won’t take off

I upgraded to the newest firmware 01.04.35.01 and ran the IMU calibration. How drone won’t take off. Props spin it tips to one side and stops.

Any ideas?

Check that the props are on the right motors. If so, redo IMU cal.

Dead motors????? Scary..if that happens to me... goodbye investment, and wasted money... replacing is not my speciality only destroying ?
