Won't take off flips over and propellers on correctly

Either flips over on take off or revs all the way up(sounds like to full speed ) and gets hot when I try the throw and go take off out of my hand... First week I've owned a tello or any other kind of drone. Havent let kids fly yet I have only flown 3 times and so they are very frustrated.. Anybody have a suggestion?

Once I had a propeller blade that somehow got bent downward slightly and lodged in the protective cage and caused it to flip.

I had this happen when some dirt got on the alt hold camera under the drone, cleaned it and it worked, might just have been a coincidence.

A hair could be wrapped around a motor. Take a close look
