Access denied after trying to connect to Tello wifi - Please help

Hi,
I receive my new Tello drone today, but after trying to connect to it's WiFi I get to following error (pic attached). I tried with both OPPO and Iphone device but got the same message in both devices.
Does anyone have solution for this?

Welcome. Try turning off cell service; better yet, place phone in Airplane mode.

Short of that, reset the Tello.

Hey, tried both but still the same issue in both devices.
 
Don't think the Tello has MAC address filtering capabilities...

Can you double-check the password to Tello's wifi?

Tried the hard reset, then it was able to connect only about 2 times out of 10. But I get 'no data connection' message (photo attached). After that, I tried to connect through the app but I get 'the aircraft is not connected to your device' (second photo). Tried to press 'forgot password' , the app says 'press 5 second to forget password', but it didn't help. Is there anything else?

Doubt it but maybe your device does not connect to open/unsecured networks...

In the Ryze Tello app, go into settings (gear icon), tap Wi-Fi and update the password there. SSID should still be TELLO-D39472 (or that can be changed too).
 
I still get 'access denied' message after all this attempts...
I tried with 2 devices - Iphone and OPPO but both have the same issue.
