Android Problems!?

I'm using my Pixel 2XL to control my Tello and everything seems to work except I can't see what the drone sees. My screen is black. I can still control it to fly around but can't see anything, take pictures or video. My son has no issues using his iPhone.

Any ideas on how to fix it? I've contacted support and awaiting their reply. Thanks!

Ryze was very quick to respond when I e-mailed support, but if nothing else, you could reset the phone to factory so you're working from a known state.

Could just be an outright compatibility issue, too. Let us know what you find out from Ryze.

I'm using a Pixel XL and was getting the black screen and then read from one site that turning on USB debugging and another site mentioned Mobile Data Off.
I did both and now it works.

Haven't yet tried to see if actually only one of these 2 changes is needed.

USB debugging was the cure for my Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL! Thank you jeffs99!
