Flight time/Recording time starts with 30:00 (30 minutes)?

Hi, I'm just curious about the start time of video recording/flight time shown at app. It'll always starts from 30 minutes (30:00). Anyone know the reason behind it?

Refer following screenshot:

aTelloPilot app, 32:02 actually is 2 minutes 2 seconds flight time

TelloFPV app. 30:16 actually is 16 seconds of video recording

I'm using Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. TelloFPV flight time log shows the correct time. It's just the app during usage.
