Flying drone like I stole it

I find that a fly my drone outside always in sport mode using tellofpv app. I need to use sport mode as it responds better with whatever wind. I find myself flying the drone like it is a stolen exotic car in the air. Maximum speed and the stopping as fast as I can, taking off spinning around just having fun with it. I just find that motor life is not great, 12 hrs with minimal crashes and i need to replace a motor and it always is the same ccw motor. Why is that?
