Manual take off using gamesir t1s

Hi guys. I just want to ask if the manual take off works using gamesir t1s or any controllers. I've watched some videos in youtube and it works. Im not sure if they are using gamesir t1d or different version of gamesir controller. Thanks

Yes it will work on the T1s. I have mine mapped so I pull 1 trigger to start motors then throttle to launch.

I am using the tellofpv app. You select settings then controller to map buttons.

You can put your joysticks like this (\) (/) and it will arm the motors. Allowing you to take off completely manual. IMO is better this way. You have more control.

It doesn't work in official tello app using gamesir t1s but it works in tello fpv app.

Interesting. That means that the controller's joystick can't travel all the way down to arm the motors. Volatel!o made it more sensitive on his app, for people who suffered from this.

It is. I was taking a swing on how poorly made those Gamesir and Gamevice controllers are made.
