Take off issue

Hi, i’ve a take off issue.
When i start Tello with app Tello go up. After few seconds, drone went in the sky about 30 meters and i lost command. After few moments tello go down and crash at the ground. When was happend this misfact there isn’t wind. I risk test drone goes away...Tnx

It's a pity you lost control of the drone and it crashed. Did the Tello get any damage? How's the status of the aircraft after the hit?

Personally, when I fly the drone that high I get the feeling I'm having very little control of the drone.

Airctaft is not damage. But i not understand Why Tello go very up without my comand...?
