Tello won’t start up.

I have a Tello and we just got new batteries for it. Charged them and now when we ouch the button to turn it on it does the usual one green blink and then 5 red blink, but then it stops blinking all together and never shows up on my Wi-Fi. Have tried 4 different batteries. Have tried the holding power to reset. Still not working. Any help greatly appreciated.

my tello has the same problem. i've tested it with three different batteries but still doesn't work.

any suggestion? tnk
