Tello took a dive into the pool on Thanksgiving, straight to bottom. I didnt do it, it did. Fished it out, dried it out right away, a day later put battery back in and green light comes on for 2 seconds, followed by a red for 1 sec. then nothing. When I put the charger into it, same thing but red pulsated a few times, then nothing. Any suggestions?

put it in a bag (ziploc) with rice for a few days. I found a samsung tablet in deep snow. Left it for days in bagged rice and now works beautiful.

Probably would have helped if you had rinsed it off good with distilled water first and then done rice thing, the acid from the pool water can damage circutry. Hope all works out and you can fix it.
