Has anyone ever tried opening the case of the Tellow batteries? I’m just curious if they can be opened and wired to use a JST 2pin connection? The first picture is what I want to wire onto it, and the 2nd is an example of what I want the battery to be?

Dude, I somehow managed to experiment and charge such a battery using my friend's homemade design. You know it worked! True, I did not immediately guess to use the smart plug to transmit electricity, so I had to tinker a little. However, I still managed to ensure that this battery was charged separately from the device, and charging was much faster than usual. If you are interested, I can share the design scheme I used for charging. It is a very cool thing.

Hi,

I am applying these bat mods as well. Currently I soldered the original battery out and soldered my own 1170mah 3.7V battery. The drone turns on and ready to flight OK. But it occurs two scenarios:

1) completely cancelling take off due to critical low battery error (even though I charged it fully)
2) propellers turning for couple of rotations and cancelling the take off due some unknown error and drone reboots itself

Is it possible that I overheat and burn some sensors in the PCB came our from original battery while soldering my custom lipo battery? Or do you think is there something else I am missing?
