Props guard hard to remov

Hi i am new to Tello,
Is that hard to remove props guard? or is there any lock that i have to push or unlock first? Because i already try many times but always failed.

They are designed that way, so they don't fall off when you crash. You can remove them by grabbing the Tello's leg and gently pushing one of the guards ears outward.
